Lincoln Creek is a new construction community in West Meridian that features a diverse variety of lot sizes, ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 10,693 square feet. Lots will include a mix of traditional front-load houses with modest driveways as well as alley loaded garages featuring alley access.
Biltmore Co. is bringing residents a new style of homes they are calling “New American,” which combines simple Scandinavian architecture with modern farmhouse elements that include accents of metal roofs, brick, wood textures, and modern Americana tones.
The Lincoln Creek Subdivision is located in the backyard of the brand new Owyhee High School, located on the South side of McMillan Road between McDermott & Star Roads.
This community features a beautiful, oversized clubhouse called “The Hub” that includes a large pool, party room, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor gathering areas and even a dog wash. The clubhouse will be outfitted with two fireplaces, one outside and one in the great room. The kitchen features an extra long bar with ten barstools. It will also have a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The clubhouse exterior will also feature three social areas for residents to gather and enjoy.
Lincoln Creek is under development with the first phase of homes available in April of 2022.
